The Job
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic intrapreneur to join our team as a Business Manager. As a Business Manager, you work directly with the Founder and CEO of the company. You will play a vital role in overseeing and managing a diverse range of responsibilities within our organization, which are instrumental in driving our company’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate various types of corporate, commercial, operational, and regulatory projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and maximize project efficiency.
- Financial and HR Management: Take charge of financial planning, including business planning, budgeting, and cashflow management. Execute on payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Develop and implement HR policies to foster a positive work environment and ensure employee satisfaction.
- Economic Analysis: Perform comprehensive economic analysis, including evaluating the competitive landscape and conducting market analysis. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, assess market potential, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Business Process Management: Design and implement efficient and optimized business processes. Identify areas for automation and leverage technology to improve productivity and streamline operations. Continuously monitor process performance and make necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.
- Corporate Governance and Strategy: Support corporate governance activities, including organizing and facilitating board meetings, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, including refining the business model to achieve long-term growth and profitability.

- Marketing: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including public relations, relationship management, and digital marketing initiatives. Enhance brand visibility, engage with target audiences, and drive customer acquisition. Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Commercial and procurement negotiations: work on product offerings, build relationships with clients and suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, close business deals.
Your Profile
You have a:
- Master’s degree or MBA in Economics, Commercial engineering, Business, Finance. If you have a master’s degree in another field, we encourage you to apply if you have the right ambitions.
- 3 years of experience.
- Driver’s license B

- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights to drive informed decisions.

- Strategic Thinking: Display a strategic mindset and the ability to envision long-term goals while effectively managing day-to-day operations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
- Adaptability and Leadership: Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. Show strong leadership skills, empowering and motivating teams to achieve targets and deliver high-quality results.
